Local Admin Training

Our comprehensive training program, “Empowering Local Admins,” is designed to equip chiefs and local administrators with essential knowledge and skills in the areas of human rights, gender-based violence (GBV), children’s matters, and equality. This immersive and transformative training aims to foster a deeper understanding of these critical issues and empower participants to become champions for change within their communities.

During this interactive training, participants will delve into various topics, including:

1. Human Rights: Understanding the fundamental principles of human rights, their universality, and their application to diverse situations. Participants will explore the significance of upholding human rights in all aspects of governance and decision-making.
2. Gender-Based Violence (GBV): Identifying and addressing the root causes of GBV, participants will gain insights into creating safe and inclusive environments that promote gender equality.
